An international commercial real estate services firm

OBJECTIVE:

To create networking opportunities between brokers and their clients/prospects and to increase awareness of the firm’s international presence.

FORMAT:

Golf tournaments held in three North American regions; top three winning twosomes (broker and client) in each region were then invited to compete in the international tournament held in the south of Spain.

Programs included:

  • Welcome reception and casual dinner
  • Half day business meeting (featuring an international economist and a sports psychologist who spoke on the “psychology of winning”)
  • Golf tournament at championship course(s)
  • Awards dinner

RESULTS:

Existing business relationships were enhanced, new relationships were cultivated, and clients departed knowing that the host would be able to assist them with real estate needs locally – and all over the world.
